  29. the problem is even just a fastmem read lets it drop to 12 cycles.
  30. don't know if a synchronous 040 could get it in still 8 cycles.
  31. I guess the bus is very busy withing that 8 cycles doing the chip store.

  33. my drea Ami's chipmem is 20ns dual ported ;) with a 24-to-ham-8 converter
  34. when writing to chipmem ;) or better, overlaying 2 24bit playfields.
